Governor Jeanne Shaheen will deliver a major address about the importance of enhancing the role of science in the 21st century. Governor Shaheen will make the case for increasing investment in research and development and returning to the practice of making policy decisions based on science instead of ideology.

2008 Centennial Celebration and 25th Anniversary
The Rockefeller Center at Dartmouth marks two special anniversaries in 2008: the 100th birthday of Nelson A. Rockefeller and the Center's 25th anniversary. To honor Nelson Rockefeller's legacy and celebrate the many accomplishments over a quarter century, the Center will host a number of special events and programs.
