Elizabeth Celtrick is the Assistant Director at the Nelson A. Rockefeller Center for Public Policy and the Social Sciences. In this position, she supports the Center's communications and experiential learning programming, which enhances students' academic experience and develops their leadership potential.

Prior to joining the Rockefeller Center staff, she worked for the U.S. Department of the Army as a program specialist for the U.S. European Command, Office of the Staff Judge Advocate in Stuttgart, Germany and then more recently as a Contracting Officer's Representative for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at the Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL), in Hanover, New Hampshire.

In 2010, she was awarded the Joint Civilian Service Achievement Award, which recognizes non-military personnel for outstanding achievement in service to the Department of Defense.

Elizabeth holds certifications in Project Management (PMP) and Knowledge Management (CKM). She earned a B.A in History from Southern Adventist University and an M.A. in International Studies from the University of Wyoming.

She and her husband relocated to the Upper Valley in 2010 after living overseas for more than ten years. She is a member of the Lebanon Planning Board and the Upper Valley Rowing Foundation.
