The Student Program Assistant for Student Workshop leads the marketing and promotion efforts, manages registrations, setup, supplies, and follow up with all participants.

The Rockefeller Center plans 3-4 student workshops per term that cover topics ranging from public speaking, to excel training, to group facilitation. The Student Program Assistant for Workshops leads the marketing and promotion efforts, manages registrations, set-up, supplies, and follow up with all participants. The program assistant is also expected to provide a summary after each workshop for publication on the Rockefeller Center's website and other social media outlets. The program assistant is expected to attend all of the scheduled workshops and be available as needed for other events such as the Center's fall term Open House and spring term Dimensions and serve on the Mini-Grants review committee.

Hours: 5 hours a week.

Schedule: Based on workshop dates and times.
