For the first time in modern history, four generations are working side-by-side in the workplace. That number is soon going to rise to five. Each generation has its own unique characteristics and views both about life and the workplace. When that is mixed together in a team that needs to work flawlessly together, it can be challenging. Come learn about the various generations, the conflicts that can arise in the workplace, and how to turn the challenges into positive solutions as you start your career.
