About Connie

Connie Roy-Czyzowski, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CCP, is Vice President of Human Resources at Northeast Delta Dental. A Senior Professional in Human Resources and a Certified Compensation Professional, Connie’s HR career spans over three decades. She has been actively involved with SHRM and local Chapters including the Manchester Area Human Resources Association, and was awarded the ‘HR Hero’ Award by her peers in 2003. Connie was one of six “Outstanding Women in Business” awarded by the NH Business Review in 2013, received a NH Business & Industry Association “Above and Beyond Award” in 2017, and honored by the NH YWCA as a “Susan B. Anthony Award” recipient.

Connie was a member of the 2002 Leadership NH class, and is a Governance Fellow with the National Association of Corporate Directors.

In addition to her Trustee role for the Community College System of New Hampshire, Connie is a member of the HR Advisory Board for The Moore Center, a member of the Advisory Council for the NH Department of Employment Security, a Corporator for Canterbury Shaker Village, a member of the St. Anselm College “Center for Ethics in Business and Governance” Advisory Board, and she has served on a number of non-profit boards in New Hampshire.

Northeast Delta Dental has won a number of state and national awards over the years including Best Company to work for in NH, One of 50 Best Companies to work for in America, Psychological Healthy Workplace, and the Alfred P. Sloan Award for Excellence in Workplace Effectiveness and Flexibility, now referred to as “When Work Works.” Northeast Delta Dental was named #2 Best Company to Work for in New Hampshire in 2018.
