Panelist Bios:
Mike Belinsky ’08
is a manager in Bridgespan’s New York office. Since joining Bridgespan in 2015, Mike has provided strategy and management advice to impact investing funds, foundations, and nonprofit organizations.

Prior to Bridgespan, Mike was co-founder and partner at Instiglio, a Bogota-based social enterprise that develops impact bonds and results-based financing programs in low- and middle-income countries. For his work at Instiglio, Mike received the Echoing Green fellowship and the Forbes 30 Under 30 Social Entrepreneurship award.

Mike holds an AB in economics and government from Dartmouth College and an MPP from Harvard Kennedy School, where he was managing editor of the Harvard Kennedy Review. He is fluent in Russian and lives with his wife and daughter in New York.

Zak Kaufman ’08 is Co-Founder and CEO of Vera Solutions, an award-winning social enterprise and Certified B Corporation using cloud and mobile technology to help social sector organizations track impact and streamline operations. He has worked for 12+ years at the intersection of the social sector and technology, leading program evaluations in Southern Africa and Latin America and architecting M&E, grant management, and program management systems for 60+ funders and implementers. Zak and his partners lead Vera's global team of 65+ staff across five continents.

Prior to Vera, Zak oversaw Research and M&E for Grassroot Soccer (NGO using sport to advance adolescent health) and led three randomized controlled trials in South Africa and Zimbabwe through his PhD research at LSHTM. Zak co-founded the Journal of Sport For Development, the first open-access, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to advancing the evidence of programs using sport to promote health, development, and peace. He has co-authored numerous academic articles and presented at 25+ global health, technology, and social entrepreneurship conferences and summits.

Zak holds a PhD and MSc in Epidemiology from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, graduated Summa Cum Laude from Dartmouth College, and has been recognized as a Marshall Scholar, Truman Scholar, Forbes 30 Under 30 Social Entrepreneur, Global Good Fund Fellow, and Bluhm/Helfand Social Innovation Fellow.

Sanat Mohapatra ’20 recently graduated with an English major and a concentration in Creative Writing. Sanat is the founder of Unmasked, an anonymous, mental health social media mobile application for college students. Unmasked operates on 9 college campuses with 2,500 student users. He will remain at Dartmouth after graduation for a year as a Lombard Fellow, hosted by the Magnuson Center. He will focus on expanding Unmasked from Dartmouth to colleges across the country. In his free time, Sanat loves going on adventures and rock climbing.

Anna Stork ’08 is co-founder of LuminAID Lab. Anna was a 2012 Kauffman Global Scholar. As a Kauffman Fellow, she worked as an Operations Intern at Warby Parker. Anna has also worked in product development at the Department of Defense developing new technologies for soldiers in remote locations. She completed her Masters in Architecture at Columbia University and earned her B.A. in Engineering and Studio Art from Dartmouth College.
