The MLDP session with Steven Spaulding, Assistant Athletics Director for Leadership, made the point for me that leadership is not a skill exclusive to work or academics; rather, it is an attitude to approaching life.

After participating in the Dartmouth-Oxford exchange program, I learned how to attack the prompt, think about it creatively, and think outside of the box when answering an essay. I am excited to bring that to my classes at Dartmouth.
