Emma Elsbecker

First-Year Fellowship: National Business Group on Health; Mentor: Dylan Landers-Nelson '09

Emma Elsbecker ’24 is from Phoenix, Arizona where she graduated from Xavier College Preparatory with academic honors. While at Xavier, Emma was the president of the Political Action Club, interned with Secretary Katie Hobbs, and competed in speech and debate. She was captain of the speech and debate team, was a state champion in informative speaking, and was a two-time national qualifier. She also served as an ambassador to Grenoble, France with Phoenix Sister Cities after which she became a spokesperson for the organization. At Dartmouth, Emma intends to study Government, Public Policy, and Religion. Outside of class, she is a tour guide and an ambassador for the Dartmouth Political Union where she has planned and hosted events with professional athletes and Intel executives. After graduating, Emma plans to enter law school and pursue a career in national intelligence and security operations.
