Fiona Sleigh

First-Year Fellowship: American Political Science Association; Mentor: Betsy Super '02

Fiona Sleigh ‘23 hails from Ridgefield, Connecticut, where she graduated from Ridgefield High School as a National Merit Finalist and National AP Scholar. At Ridgefield, Fiona was Mock Trial captain, a Spanish Biliteracy Diploma recipient, and a National Honor Society tutor. She was also a Girl Scouts Ambassador and a student leader of the National School Walkout to protest gun violence in schools. At Dartmouth, Fiona plans to pursue a major in Government with minors in Spanish and Public Policy. On campus, she is a member of Dartmouth’s Mock Trial Society and a mentor through DREAM, an organization that works with underprivileged youth from the Upper Valley. She also works in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and is a research assistant to Professor Dean Lacy in the Department of Government. After graduation, Fiona hopes to attend law school and pursue a career in law or public policy.
