Samuel Winchester

First-Year Fellowship: International Finance Corporation; Mentor: Ruth Hupart '08

Sam Winchester ’24 graduated from Middlesex School in Concord, Massachusetts in May 2020 with High Credit. At Middlesex, Sam served as Co-President of Middlesex Model UN, Captain of Middlesex Skiing, Proctor of Robert Windsor House, and Head of the Middlesex Outdoors Club. Additionally, Sam worked as a Peer Tutor and Community Service Officer. In the summers, he has worked both as a cook in the kitchen of his local general store and in the Development Office of a Boston nonprofit called Heading Home. At Dartmouth, Sam is pursuing a double major in Government and Quantitative Social Science, with a minor in Public Policy. He is a member of the Dartmouth Outing Club, works for The Dartmouth, and hopes to join the student ski patrol. In his spare time, Sam enjoys skiing, hiking, and photography. After graduating, he hopes to pursue a career in the social sector or attend law school.
