The Dartmouth-Oxford Exchange Program provides an opportunity for up to four (4) Dartmouth undergraduates per term (except summer) to enroll in Oxford University’s Keble College.  As fully-integrated members of the Oxford Community, students take pre-approved courses in the British tutorial system that count toward their major. 

A program of the Economics and Government Departments, the Dartmouth-Oxford Exchange is administered jointly by the Nelson A. Rockefeller Center and Off-Campus Programs, with assistance from the International Office.

Rockefeller Center hosts Dartmouth-Oxford Exchange at Summer Dinner

Dartmouth students attending Keble College in the Dartmouth-Oxford Exchange for the 2012-2013 academic year met at a dinner in Morrison Commons on Wednesday, August 9, 2012.  The Nelson A. Rockefeller Center, in partnership with the Off-Campus Programs Office, sends 4 students to Keble College per term during the Fall, Winter, and Spring terms of each year. Keble College, in return, sends four students to Dartmouth during the summer term.  At the dinner, some of these students met to learn about each other’s cultures.  Christian Butcher, a Keble student not involved in the program, was visiting Sarah Herdan, one of the summer Keble exchange students, so he also attended and contributed to the conversation.    Dartmouth and Keble Students involved in the exchange for 2012-2013 include:

On Monday, May 16, students selected to attend Keble College Oxford in the 2011-2012 academic year talked with a past exchange participant over pizza. Brian Freeman '11 (a Fall 2009 Keble attendee) answered questions on academics, extracurriculars, and social life at Oxford.
Every fall, winter, and spring, the Rockefeller Center sends four students to study at Oxford University's Keble College. Students on the program take two courses in Government or Economics under Oxford's legendary tutorial system. Every summer, four Keble students spend a term at Dartmouth.
