The Dartmouth Leadership Attitudes and Behaviors (D-LAB) program is student facilitated and specifically designed for first-year students. The program helps students connect their values to how they spend their time at Dartmouth. Over the course of eight weekly sessions, students meet in small groups and have the opportunity to bond with peers from across campus and connect with their upper-class facilitators through reflective and interactive activities. The conversations that take place broaden students’ understanding of themselves, their fellow classmates, and the Dartmouth experience itself.

Participants will attend eight weekly sessions virtually in the winter term. Each session will have a 1 hour synchronous component and a 15 minute asynchronous component.  Registered partipants will have the opportunity to rank their preferred session day and time in late December.

The registration deadline is January, 13 2021. There is a limit to the number of participants we can accept. Once the maximum number of participants has been reached, there will be a waiting list created.
