Student Facilitators

D-LAB trains a strong and cohesive team of student leaders each year to facilitate the program's small-group discussions. These students are positioned as mentors to their first-year peers and are responsible for catalyzing important discussions about values and leadership in action.

Student facilitator involvement includes the following:

  • Winter term:
    • Three training sessions (12 hours total)
    • Co-facilitation of six 2-hour sessions with first-year students

Sophomores, juniors, or seniors interested in becoming D-LAB facilitators apply here.

Applicants will complete a group interview and, if needed, a one on one interview. Students need to only be on campus the winter term to participate as facilitators. Facilitators interested in participating in D-LAB for the year 2019-2020 should apply by Sunday, October 27th, 2019.
