One of the first important conversations you will have with an employer is negotiating your compensation package. In this workshop, you will learn what you can expect the compensation package to include. And how to know if the offer is fair.  You will learn the do’s and don’ts of effective negotiations and how to find good data to back up your salary expectations.

The workshop is facilitated by Connie Roy-Czyzowski, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CCP, Vice President of Human Resources at Northeast Delta Dental.
