Join us for "The Supreme Court and the Future of American Democracy," a conversation with Jeannie Suk Gersen, John H. Watson, Jr. Professor of Law at Harvard Law, and Keith Whittington, David Boies Professor of Law at Yale Law School. The conversation will explore the recent Supreme Court decisions and their impact on the 2024 Election and beyond. The conversation will be moderated by Herschel Nachlis, Research Assistant Professor of Government and Associate Director and Senior Policy Fellow, Rockefeller Center; and Sonu Bedi, Joel Parker 1811 Professor in Law and Political Science; Hans '80 and Kate Morris Director of the Ethics Institute; Professor of Government.
