"System Dynamics in Policy Design and Analysis," designated ENGS 18, is a course at the Thayer School of Engineering that introduces systems dynamics, an approach to policy design and analysis based upon feedback principles and computer simulation. Goals of this approach are to gain better understanding of such problem behaviors and to design policies aimed at improving them.
Students in ENGS 18 have been diligently working all term learning this new method of thinking and the Project Symposium provides students the opportunity to share their hard work with the rest of campus.
Students, faculty, staff and members of the greater Dartmouth Community are invited to attend the symposium, which is open to the public from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Attendees are not required to stay the entire two hours, and are invited to ask students questions about their project topics.
Please join us on Tuesday, March 4th in Hinman Forum anytime between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm for the ENGS 18 Final Symposium. Visitors may come and go as they please. Refreshments will be provided.
