Apply by Friday, May 9th for The Rockefeller Center's Management and Leadership Development Program!

Do you want to learn how professionals design PowerPoint presentations in the business world? Maybe you would like to develop your own personal narrative when calling people to action? Have you ever considered the importance of developing a global mindset when interacting with members from other cultures?

The Rockefeller Center's Management and Leadership Development Program (MLDP) provides students with the essential skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in any professional setting. Students have often cited MLDP as having helped them succeed in their internship or job.

MLDP, a one-term program open to all sophomores, juniors, and seniors in any course of study, connects participants with the many programs and opportunities hosted by the Rockefeller Center.

Upon completion of MLDP, students may:

  • Work as a student program assistant for The Rockefeller Center.
  • Receive priority in limited-seating events.
  • Be offered exclusive opportunities for special programs, such as meeting with the Rockefeller Center's Board of Visitors.
  • Receive greater consideration for other Rockefeller Center programs such as Rockefeller Global Leadership Program, Rockefeller Leadership Fellows, and Rockefeller Internship Funding.
