Andrea Mercado-Cruz is a freshman at Dartmouth College intending to major in Government modified with LALACS, with a minor in Public Policy. In high school, she served as Chair of the Dallas Youth Commission, leading voter registration campaigns and founding her podcast, All Teens Everywhere. Additionally, Andrea worked with the National League of Cities (NLC) to plan nationwide youth conferences and provide policy recommendations to local government officials. She also served as Captain of her school's Mock Trial team and president of Model UN and volunteer club. Since arriving at Dartmouth, Andrea was a campus fellow for the Harris-Walz Campaign, a current Crisis Director for Dartmouth Model UN, and an Ambassador for the Dartmouth Minority Pre-Law Association. She is also a Freshman Board Member for the Dartmouth Democrats and Director of Communications for the American Constitution Society. After graduating, Andrea hopes to become a public interest lawyer and community advocate.
