Biography

Arlo Harper is a member of the Caddo and Cherokee nations and Cobell Scholar from Chevy Chase, Maryland who attended the Edmund Burke School in Washington, D.C. In high school, he was on the swim and track and field teams, a member of the school musicals’ tech crew. To explore his passion for tribal affairs, he interned at Cherokee Nation Businesses and organized a book drive for a mobile library for the Wind River Indian reservation. He intends to study Government, Public Policy, and Sustainable Energy. At Dartmouth, he is an editor and blog writer for World Outlook club and in his free time enjoys podcasts like Strict Scrutiny and Revolutions, playing guitar, and bouldering.
