Becca Davis ‘29 is from Brooklyn, NY and is passionate about democracy, free speech, and global peace. She attended Saint Ann’s School where she was editor-in-chief of the school newspaper, captain of the girl’s varsity soccer team, and involved with the school’s Model UN program. She worked for her NYC Council office to support the participatory budgeting process in the Council District. In her sophomore year, she founded a youth fellowship program in the Council office to engage teens in local government and civic engagement efforts, for which she received an official NYC Council citation in recognition of her work. She spent the last two summers as a boating counselor at Camp Sloane YMCA. At Dartmouth, Becca is Membership Director for Dartmouth Democrats, an opinion writer for The Dartmouth, a Great Issues Scholar at the Dickey Center, and the ‘29s class representative for Chabad.
