Irene Wang

Irene Wang'23 grew up in Beijing, China, and led the school as the student council president during her time at RDFZ ICC. At Dartmouth, Irene is pursuing a double major in Economics and Film & Media Studies. On campus, she serves as China admission ambassador for the Dartmouth Office of Admissions, UGAR scholar for a documentary project with the Film Department, and photojournalist for The Dartmouth newspaper. Last winter, Irene studied away in Los Angeles as part of the Film DSP program. She is interning at an education nonprofit organization in New York City this summer as a part of the R&D team. In her free time, she likes to explore authentic cuisines around the world, immerse herself in museums and galleries, and practice yoga.
