Jonathan Ancrum ’29 grew up in Marion County, Florida and graduated with merit from Belleview High School with an Advanced International Certificate of Education. At BHS, he served as President of Interact Club and Vice-President of the National Honor Society chapter. In Interact Club, Jonathan assisted in holiday gift-giving fundraisers for needy families and in campus beautification efforts. Through participation in BHS’s TV Production program, he developed skills in the Adobe Creative Suite. At Dartmouth, Jonathan plans to major in Economics and Public Policy, preparing him for a career in civil service and community engagement. He has been employed at the Dartmouth Office of Admissions where he edits and produces creative content for Dartmouth’s media spaces. He also serves as Deputy Communications Director in Dartmouth Student Government. Jonathan believes in building meaningful connections with his peers and striving for a welcoming atmosphere for all.
