Mei Xu '25 is from Portland, Oregon and graduated from Lincoln High School with an International Baccalaureate Diploma. In high school, Mei won a national title with her We The People: The Citizen & the Constitution team, was the arts editor of the student newspaper, and a congressional debate captain of the debate team. At Dartmouth, Mei plans to major in Quantitative Social Science and Economics and minor in Public Policy. She is a Dartmouth Investment and Philanthropy Program Analyst, a Women in Business Associate, an arts writer for The Dartmouth, and a Politics and Law Fellow conducting quantitative government research. Outside of school, she is an avid volunteer and was a Points of Light Honoree for her work aiding immigrants through the naturalization process through civics education. After graduation, Mei hopes to attend law school and pursue a career that connects her interests in public policy, international development, and economics.
