This workshop will dive into talent acquisition and will provide you with useful tips for job searching. You will learn how to research companies, develop eye catching resumes, and succeed in the interview. You will also develop your own professional identity and learn how to use it to get a job you want.

About Roberto

Roberto Martinez relocated to the Upper Valley from New York City in August of 2017.  He obtained his Master’s Degree in HR Management from Stony Brook University, from which he proceeded to work for 7 years until he accepted an opportunity at Dartmouth College.  He is currently a Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant, where he is charged with contributing to the development and implementation of a new talent acquisition division at the college (i.e. employer branding, national reputation management, sourcing, talent pipelining, community engagement). Throughout his tenure, Roberto has focused on fostering meaningful relationships with his prospective employees and hiring managers.  He values the implications of a well-developed recruitment plan and how it can be used to attract and retain the best talent in a fair and equitable manner.
