MLDP Spring 2021 Application Deadline

The Management and Leadership Development Program (MLDP) is a one-term program designed to bring out your fullest leadership potential. Open to sophomores, juniors, and seniors.

What is MLDP?
The Management and Leadership Development Program (MLDP) is a one-term program designed to bring out your fullest leadership potential. Presented in a weekly workshop format, MLDP invites accomplished experts eager to engage with students and share the secrets of success. You will learn a mix of leadership theory and practical skills that you can practice right away to achieve your goals at Dartmouth and beyond.

In MLDP, you will;

  • learn important skills employers expect in the any field,
  • meet accomplished alums and experts,
  • and get to know other rising leaders.

What does MLDP include?

  • A choice between two sections on Tuesdays.
    (5:00-6:30pm or 7:00-8:30pm)
  • Cohort based small group discussions
  • A coaching session with a trained career and life coach
