[more]Alison Fragale ’97, Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Kenan-Flagler Business School and a member of the Rockefeller Center Board of Visitors, led a workshop titled “Don’t go it alone: Effective delegation and empowerment for leaders” as one of the final RLF sessions of the year. She opened with a small-group exercise designed to demonstrate how challenging effective management can be to practice on the ground.
