[more]Last week, the Management and Leadership Development Program opened the spring term by examining leadership theory. Professor Betsy Winslow ’83, Associate Director of the MBA Program at the Tuck School of Business, led the session and challenged participants to consider “What makes a good leader”. Participants engaged in active discussion and drew from their own experiences as they identified certain qualities and skills that embody “good leadership”.
