Alison Fragale ’97, Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Kenan-Flagler Business School and a member of the Rockefeller Center Board of Visitors, led a workshop titled “Don’t go it alone: Effective delegation and empowerment for leaders” as one of the final RLF sessions of the year. She opened with a small-group exercise designed to demonstrate how challenging effective management can be to practice on the ground. [more]Gregg Fairbrothers '76 opened his session on "Leadership in Decision Making" by asking Fellows to reflect on the most important decision they have made to date and on the most important decision they will make in their lives. He stressed the importance of being decisive in leadership positions and introduced a variety of decision making models.
