[more]During the January 20th Rockefeller Leadership Fellows (RLF) session, six fellows conducted presentations on leaders who either exhibited qualities that they admired or who forced them to question what real leadership is. The first presenter of the night was Sarah Frostenson. Sarah chose Nelson Mandela to force the group into questioning how much a leader should have to give up for their cause. Because of recently finishing Condolezza Rice's memoir, Laura Zapata decided to focus on Rice and discuss how a person is shaped into a leader by their upbringing.
[more]On January 25, 2011 the Rockefeller Center’s very own Assistant Director of Co-Curricular Programs, Danielle Thompson '97 presented two sessions on social media to the MLDP group. For the first hour session, Ms. Thompson instructed participants in the finer points of blogging.
