Brief Description of the organization:
The Borgen Project believes that leaders of the most powerful nation on earth should be doing more to address global poverty. We're the innovative, national campaign that is working to make poverty a focus of U.S. foreign policy.
Brief Description of the Intern's role or key qualifications: A strong applicant for this internship has outstanding writing skills, is a self-starter who can produce great results with limited supervision, and has strong oral communication skills and the ability to lead meetings and give speeches.
