The Pew Research Center is a nonpartisan fact tank that informs the public about the issues, attitudes and trends shaping the world. They conduct public opinion polling, demographic research, content analysis and other data-driven social science research. The research center does not take political positions on issues. The organization follows U.S. politics and policy; journalism and media; internet, science and technology; religion and public life; Hispanic trends; global attitudes and trends; and U.S. social and demographic trends.
Brief Description of the Intern's role or key qualifications:
Responsibilities will vary depending on the placed department. The following departments are seeking interns: Science and Society, International Survey Research Methods, Data Labs, Fact Tank, Social and Demographic Trends, International Religion, Demography of Religion, Domestic Survey Research Methods, Global Attitudes, Global Migration & Demography and Hispanic, U.S. Politics, Journalism, Design
