The Rockefeller Center mourns the loss of Ronald B. Schram '64

The faculty, staff, and friends of the Rockefeller Center mourn the passing of Ronald B. Schram '64, who served as Chair of the Center's Board of Visitors from 2004 – 2011. Ron is dearly remembered for his deep love of Dartmouth, his broad vision for the Center, and his boundless enthusiasm for public policy and leadership. He was a full partner in the development of many of the Center's signature programs, including the First-Year Fellows program, the Class of 1964 Policy Research Shop, and the Management and Leadership Development program. A former Trustee with a keen understanding of the College, Ron was a liaison to his classmates and instrumental in raising the funds to support these programs. A friend and mentor to everyone he met at the Center, he was recognized at his 50th reunion with the inaugural Class of 1964 Outstanding Leadership Award. His legacy lives on in each successive cohort of students who make the Rockefeller Center an integral part of their Dartmouth experience.
