Michael Pyle '00

Mike Pyle is currently a Managing Director at BlackRock, where he is the Head of Macroeconomic Research and Portfolio Strategy for the firm's Multi-Asset Strategies group. In that capacity, he leads a global team responsible for building macroeconomic investment insights across major advanced and emerging economies, with a particular emphasis on the global policy landscape and major central banks. Previously, Mike served for five years at the center of President Obama's economic team. Most recently, he worked at the White House as a Special Assistant to the President for Economic Policy, following roles earlier in the Administration at the Treasury Department and the Office of Management and Budget.
