Ashley DuPuis '19 grew up in Damascus, Oregon and graduated from Sam Barlow High School. Ashley is a History major and Public Policy minor. She is currently an editor for the Dartmouth Law Journal and World Outlook, and writer for The Dartmouth. Ashley is also a War and Peace Fellow, Tour Guide, Jaeger Civic Intern, and a member of the varsity rugby team. She has worked for several terms as a researcher in the Rockefeller Center’s Policy Research Shop in addition to conducting historical research as a James O. Freedman Presidential Scholar. Past off terms, she has served as a PolitiCorps Fellow for the Bus Project and on the finance team for Kate Brown for Oregon. This summer, Ashley will travel to India where she will work at the Comprehensive Rural Health Project and study community-based primary health care and rural development. After graduation, Ashley plans to attend law school.
