Transferring Skills from MLDP to the Workplace

The Rockefeller Center's Management and Leadership Development Program (MLDP) is a one-term program designed to develop citizen leaders among sophomores, juniors, and seniors at Dartmouth College.

 "MLDP benefited me greatly because it taught me what a professional work environment looks like. Working in a firm or organization is very different from being a student. There are new rules and expectations.
