Lauren Heller

Lauren Heller '26 hails from Miami, Florida. At Ransom Everglades High School, she served as President of Students Against Gun Violence and the Environmental Sustainability Council while also captaining the varsity swim team, specializing in advocacy, leadership, and creating meaningful change. Graduating at the top of her class, she received the Faculty Cup, Student-Athlete Award, Dartmouth College and Brown University Book Awards, and the Environmental Science Award. At Dartmouth, Lauren intends to double major in Environmental Studies and Economics with a minor in Public Policy. She currently conducts research with the Biology department on social media COVID-19 vaccine misinformation, and is an involved mentor for the Dartmouth Center for Social Impact's Outdoor Leadership Experience. An avid athlete, Lauren enjoys being active on the triathlon and water polo teams. After graduating, Lauren intends on working in environmental policy with the dream of creating a more sustainable society.
