Samantha Huray '25 comes from Atlanta, GA, where she graduated from Henry W. Grady High School as a National AP Scholar. At Grady, she was the editor-in-chief of the school's magazine and created a club revolved around solutions to hunger, allowing students to volunteer at the Atlanta Community Food Bank and learn about food insecurity.

At Dartmouth, Samantha plans to pursue a major in Government and Environmental Studies with a minor in Public Policy. She is a member of POLIS, a professional society for students pursuing a career in government, the Growing Change program through the Dartmouth Center for Social Impact, and the Dartmouth Outing Club. She is also on the Women's Ultimate Frisbee team. In her free time, she enjoys hiking in the White Mountains and cooking with friends. After graduation, Samantha hopes to pursue a career analyzing and developing environmental polices for meaningful future solutions.
