Students who complete MLDP with distinction are invited to attend a reception with the Rockefeller Center Board of Visitors
Students who complete MLDP gain practical knowledge and experience in a multitude of management and leadership skills that are both immediately applicable to activities on-campus and help to prepare for future opportunities during internships and in entry-level positions.

MLDP also provides additional benefits for those who go above and beyond during their participation during the program.  Students who engage with the program at a higher level  earn the honor of completing MLDP with distinction, as marked on their certificate of completion.

There are several benefits of completing MLDP with distinction that continue through students’ Dartmouth careers, including:

   Recognition in a news update on the Rockefeller Center website and in our annual report;
   Special invitations to Rockefeller Center events - Previously, these events have included “Dine with a Director” and special invitation-only student lunches with distinguished visitors and lecturers at the Rockefeller Center.  This academic year, these opportunities have included opportunities to meet Peter Diamond, Sen. Judd Gregg, Ambassador James Jeffrey, Souad Mekhennet, and Jane Hyun.
   Exclusive honor to attend our bi-annual Board of Visitors reception, with opportunities to meet and network with the members of the Rockefeller Center’s Board of Visitors.
   Additional consideration when applying for the Rockefeller Leadership Fellowsand Internship Funding Program.
