Author of The Supreme Court and the Press: The Indispensable Conflict (2011); Up Against Daley (1974), numerous op-ed pieces for the Chicago Tribune and Chicago Sun-Times; contributor to chicagohistoryjournal.com: articles on significant Chicago lawyers and Supreme Court cases. Joe practiced law in Chicago for 12 years.
