MLK Community Faith Celebration, Sun. Jan. 19th @ 3:00 pm, Rollins Chapel

 

The William Jewett Tucker Foundation is hosting the annual Community Multi-Faith Celebration honoring the life and works of Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. on Sunday, January 19th, 2014 at 3 pm in Rollins Chapel. 

Father Greg Boyle, of Homeboy Industries in Los Angeles, California and NY Times Bestselling Author of Tattoos on the Heart: The Power of Boundless Compassion, will be a featured speaker. The celebration will also feature special musical performances from the Dartmouth Community, including the Dartmouth Rockapellas, Dierre Upshaw ’09 and Evelyn Ellis, VP for Institutional Diversity and Equity.
