[more]I love being part of creative change, and I want to help lead creative change in healthcare. I see the Rockefeller Leadership Fellows Program as an important step towards that goal, because I will gain a greater understanding of the values, skills, and experiences that shape the thoughts and actions of successful leaders
[more]RLF is an excellent opportunity for continuing to develop my understanding of leadership, which has been an essential part of my time at Dartmouth. I want to better understand my own strengths and weaknesses as a leader and be exposed to my fellow peers’ various approaches to leadership.
