[more]Learning about my role in these campaigns, to bring about real meaningful change–made me all the more excited to begin our campaigns here on campus.
[more]My experience at the Annual Neuroscience Meeting allowed me to better understand myself and my own interests as well as what I would like to pursue next year post graduation.
[more]This internship was important both academically and professionally. I enjoyed seeing how solutions that are spoken about abstractly in a classroom setting are actually implemented in Washington.
[more]The aspect of leadership that most interests me is team dynamics and the many different factors that influence team success. Understanding team engagement, creating effective channels of communication and interaction, and navigating conflicting individual motivations to achieve a group goal are three issues that I face on a daily basis on campus and will face in my future career.
