[more]One of the most interesting weeks of work was “Pitch Week” when entrepreneurs pitched to join the new Accelerator cohort. I loved getting to see first-hand each person’s passion for their product and how they want to fill US shelves with better, healthier options for consumers.

Attending briefings on subjects ranging from the Peace Corps to the Nomination of Justice Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court was the most rewarding and engaging component of my internship on the Hill. After each one, I walked away having gained a wealth of knowledge.
