[more]Through RLF, I hope to focus more on how to collect effective feedback, set norms, and establish group vision as a leader.
[more]I hope to gain confidence in my own leadership style during my time as a part of the RLF delegation, but more importantly, I hope to learn more about the strengths of my peers’ differing styles of leadership.
[more]Most managers are not skilled at giving effective feedback. As a result, a young professional should take on the responsibility of learning how to ask for effective feedback and seek it out on a consistent basis.
