[more]D-LAB participants came to the fourth session ready to talk about the values of the Dartmouth community. Most agreed that personal growth, community, and achievement were visable on campus.
[more]The D-LAB “Leadership With Others" session prompts participants to reflect on how their values may be seen by others within different social and academic contexts.
[more]D-LAB participants consider how their individual values influence their daily activities and future goals and how context can sometimes cause values to conflict.
[more]The Dartmouth Leadership Attitudes and Behaviors program kicked off on Monday, January 16. This program is designed specifically for first-year students as a space to reflect on how their personality, experiences, and identity influence their leadership decisions and individual values.
