The organization’s efforts range from lobbying leading political leaders to mobilizing large grassroots campaigns. The organization empowers individuals to hold their respective governments accountable. ONE has teams in Abuja, Berlin, Brussels, Dakar, Johannesburg, London, New York, Ottawa, Paris, and Washington D.C.. 

Brief Description of the Intern’s role or key qualifications:

Duties may include: 

  • Read qualitative and quantitative studies, synthesizing the research for various audiences
  • Draft policy briefs
  • Produce data analysis using tools such as Excel and potentially Tableau, SQL and STATA
  • Write articles for the ONE blog on various policy issues
  • Request and coordinate the collection of data from various teams
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings 
  • Additional duties as determined
