Why are so many Americans disappointed in the way elected officials are handling their jobs in Washington?

As the summer term winds down, so does the Leading Voices in Policy and Politics lecture series.  The final speaker will be Frank Newport, editor-in-chief of the Gallup Poll, who will speak about what average Americans are saying about how politicians are doing their jobs.

See what Mr. Newport has to say about his upcoming appearance in Hanover:

This is a great opportunity to hear about the polls and punditry that is making the rounds again here in New Hampshire leading up to the "First in the Nation" primaries.

We hope to see you at Dartmouth, in the Hopkins Center's Moore Theater, on August 23rd at 4:30 p.m for Frank Newport's "Leading Voices" lecture:
"Polls, Politics, and Democracy."
