Former U.S. Sen. Judd Gregg, R-N.H., who served as chair of the powerful Senate Budget Committee as well as two terms as New Hampshire governor, is the Rockefeller Center's 2023 Perkins Bass Distinguished Visitor.   • "All of this, whether it's the Senate, whether it's the House, whether it's the Presidency, whether it's our culture, it comes really down to one thing. Leadership, individuals make the difference."
  • And you do that through strong leaders. I always used to say leadership doesn't involve stepping on the toes of your opponent, it involves stepping on the toes of your people to get something done. And right now we're a little deficit in leadership.
