Sally is Chief Operating Officer at TAG Strategies, a full-service creative media and digital marketing agency. In her role managing operations and business development, Sally has helped the startup grow from 15 to 65+ employees while scaling business volume and services since joining TAG in 2021.
After graduating from Dartmouth College in 2017, Sally began her career in consulting at Deloitte, where she worked with federal agencies to optimize spending, streamline internal processes, and utilize analytics to strengthen decision-making. In 2020, she moved to Texas to work as Political Director for a congressional campaign where, in a targeted and competitive race, the campaign more than doubled their margin of victory from the previous cycle. She then served as Finance Director on a Virginia gubernatorial campaign before moving back to Washington, D.C. to join TAG.
Sally earned her BA in Government with minors in Psychology and Quantitative Social Sciences from Dartmouth College. In college, she was elected Student Government Vice President, served as a board member for DREAM mentoring organization, and took advantage of lots of Rockefeller Center programming! Sally also serves on the board of the Portman Center for Policy Solutions at the University of Cincinnati.
