Fiona Hood

Fiona Hood '26 grew up overseas but is originally from New Hampshire. She attended the American School of Kuwait, West Springfield High School, and the Holderness School. Throughout her time at her three schools, she participated in the National Honors Society, was nominated for Student Council, was co-leader of the Social Justice/Perspectives Club, and was a Senior (Dormitory) Leader. She also competed for her school's varsity soccer, snowboarding, and kayak teams. At Dartmouth, she intends to major in Government with a double minor in Middle Eastern Studies and Public Policy. Outside of the classroom, you can find Fiona involved in Dickey Center programs like Great Issues Scholars and World Outlook or enjoying New Hampshire's wilderness through Snowboard Instructing and the Dartmouth Outing Club. After graduation, she hopes to pursue a career in public service that combines her interests in the environment and foreign affairs.
